Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of next-gen AI/ML frameworks for predictive analytics
- Architect quantum computing solutions for complex optimization problems
- Drive innovation in sustainable tech systems (carbon capture, renewable integration)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies adoption
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic and industry innovators
- Develop patents and intellectual property for proprietary technologies

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or sustainable tech systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering
- Track record of launching 3+ breakthrough technologies
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure)
- Published research in top-tier journals or conferences
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
