Responsibilities
- Delight customers with friendly, efficient service at all touchpoints
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock organization
- Maintain clean, organized store appearance and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Learn and promote product knowledge and store promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
Qualifications
- No experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Virginia residency required (local hiring preference)
