Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm, professional demeanor to ensure a high-quality service experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing accurate information and recommendations.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately, processing transactions and handling payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor according to company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele.
