Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entry to the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Stock shelves, organize product displays, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with care and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with cash registers.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
