Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
- Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales and service goals.
- Assist in stocking inventory and organizing display areas.
