Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining detailed records.

Qualifications

- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (training provided).
