Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service in person and via phone/email
- Assist with event setup, registration, and program coordination
- Maintain clean, organized facilities and common areas
- Support community outreach initiatives and youth programs
- Process transactions accurately and maintain inventory records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years old with legal work authorization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (max 20 hrs/week during school)
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Reliable transportation to worksite
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
