Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary

- Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent service standards
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications
