Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the best solution to expedite resolution.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and other requests.
- Manage customer accounts accurately and update customer information in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
- Proven customer service or support experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable transportation (required for walk-in attendance).
