Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on empathy and efficiency.Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.Document customer interactions and update account information.Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for process improvement.Assist in training new team members as they onboard.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.Must be at least 18 years of age.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
