Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies in a friendly and accurate manner.
- Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit/debit card payments.
- Assist customers in locating items and provide product recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and customer service goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
