Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner to ensure high satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM systems.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to improve service processes.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call quality and response time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
