Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and account information.
- Problem Solving: Resolve complex customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Order Processing: Accurately process new orders, returns, and exchanges via various digital platforms.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM database.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and management teams to align on customer feedback and service goals.
- Performance Tracking: Meet daily and weekly performance targets set by management.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required; we train motivated candidates.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliability: Must have a stable home office setup with high-speed internet.
