Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries with a focus on problem resolution.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer retention.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions or upsells.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
