Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our CRM software.
- Document customer interactions and account information in our database systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to improve customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
