Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services via phone, email, and chat.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly targets and improve customer retention.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must reside in Dallas, TX or North Carolina (Remote-friendly or On-site).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM.
- Reliable internet connection for remote positions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
