Walk-in interviews are available every Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and answering product or service questions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM systems.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets regarding call volume and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be available for shift work, including evenings and weekends.
