Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide high-quality support.
- Assist in processing orders and maintaining accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service standards and operational efficiency.
- Attend daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace to ensure productivity.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 30 WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and a computer (if remote options are available).
- Willingness to learn new technologies and software platforms.
- Must be available to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
