Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Assist in the sales process by identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.
- Provide accurate information regarding company policies, products, and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available for full-time shifts (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone voice.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Must have reliable transportation (Walk-in location is easily accessible by public transit).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
