Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive company image.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using internal CRM software.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database for future reference.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional high-pressure situations.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
