Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Answer incoming inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and clean sales floor.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be available for immediate start and flexible scheduling.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
