Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Welcome customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
- Operational Support: Assist in daily store operations, including stocking merchandise and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Customer Inquiries: Handle customer questions, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Point of Sale: Operate POS systems accurately to process transactions and manage payments.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and organization.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience is required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over past history.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups of people.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
