Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and requests efficiently using our internal CRM systems.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve service standards.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
