Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to senior team members
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer satisfaction enhancements
- Participate in ongoing training to develop product knowledge and service skills
- Meet performance metrics including response times and resolution rates
Qualifications
