Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing issues and product concerns efficiently using CRM systems
- Document all interactions accurately in our customer database
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Meet monthly performance metrics for response time and resolution rates
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (30+ WPM)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure during customer interactions
- Previous customer service experience a plus but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Oklahoma City location
- Availability for occasional weekend shifts during peak seasons
