Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and conduct comprehensive product training sessions.
- Monitor account health and proactively resolve any issues to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to relay customer insights and improve our offerings.
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help others succeed.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
