Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and relay suggestions to the management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor in all customer-facing communications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM software is a plus.
