Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests with a warm, professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
- Assisting guests with inquiries regarding services, local directions, and hotel amenities.
- Resolving guest concerns and complaints in a calm and efficient manner.
- Processing check-ins and check-outs using our property management systems.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Upselling services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the day.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency is a plus but not required.
- A strong desire to learn and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
