Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and email configuration issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical tickets and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical escalations.
- Conduct routine system updates and perform basic maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and peripherals.
