Responsibilities
- Provide first-tier technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist employees with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Document and track IT incidents using ServiceNow ticketing system
- Install and configure operating systems and software applications
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical resolutions
- Conduct user training sessions for new technology implementations
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent technical certification
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
