Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage helpdesk tickets using Zendesk
- Assist with network connectivity and basic security protocols
- Create user accounts and manage access permissions
- Document technical procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware/software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Customer service experience (retail/hospitality acceptable)
- CompTIA A+ certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (for occasional equipment pickups)
