Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage service desk tickets and resolve user inquiries within SLA
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems
- Document technical procedures and create user knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Conduct regular system health checks and preventive maintenance
- Train end-users on new technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in office/server environments
