Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 workstations and enterprise applications
- Document solutions in ServiceNow knowledge base with 95%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols and compliance
- Execute scheduled maintenance on servers and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Train 20+ monthly new hires on internal systems and best practices
- Monitor system health via Nagios/Splunk and proactively address anomalies
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic proficiency in PowerShell, Active Directory, and Group Policy
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with technical/non-technical audiences
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks
- Valid Ohio driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
- 1+ years help desk internship/volunteer experience preferred
