Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document support tickets and maintain accurate knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex technical problems
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and system updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and software applications
- Participate in proactive system monitoring and maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset with patience and empathy
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
