Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Assist with network administration and security protocols
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with senior IT team on infrastructure projects
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Customer service experience a plus
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional site visits)
