Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone and remote tools
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network security protocols

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems
