Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL databases for client reporting needs
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities in Kansas City's healthcare sector
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with clear visual storytelling
- Optimize ETL processes for 50+ TB of transactional data
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data visualization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Proven track record in healthcare data analysis
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression and time-series analysis
- Certification in AWS Data Analytics or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ complex data visualization projects
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
