Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity and basic system administration tasks
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex problems
- Participate in IT asset management and inventory tracking
- Support users during system migrations and upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support) preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and office suites
