Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage real-time system alerts and operational workflows during night hours.
- Perform routine data entry, file management, and system maintenance tasks with high accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift teams and regional managers to ensure seamless handovers.
- Resolve technical tickets and customer inquiries using our ticketing system.
- Conduct nightly security checks and inventory audits of equipment and supplies.
- Document all operational activities and log any anomalies or issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Must be available to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, JIRA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a quiet environment.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and troubleshooting is a plus.
