Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Document technical issues and solutions using ticketing systems
- Assist with network setup, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex technical projects
- Conduct user training on software applications and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
