Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via phone, email, and remote support
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and network components
- Document technical issues and solutions in IT service management systems
- Provide user training on company applications and security protocols
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex system deployments
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ certification preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with customer service orientation
- Ability to lift 25lbs and work in server environments
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
