Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Assist with network troubleshooting and basic security protocols
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and maintenance
- Train employees on new software and digital tools
- Monitor helpdesk ticket queues and prioritize urgent requests
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Customer service mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment installation
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional off-site support
