Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows and macOS systems
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to corporate clients
- Document all incidents and resolutions using ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
- Assist with network infrastructure maintenance and security protocols
- Train end-users on new software implementations
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS)
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues systematically
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (not required)
