Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Assist users with troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of technical issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document support tickets, solutions, and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with senior team members on infrastructure projects
- Conduct user training sessions on technology best practices
- Monitor system performance and security protocols
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent technical certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and office suites
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Customer service experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
