Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve system malfunctions, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications
- Document all IT activities, tickets, and solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex troubleshooting and system upgrades
- Conduct user training on new software and security protocols
- Monitor system performance and report potential vulnerabilities
- Support on-site IT events and equipment rollouts
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and cloud services
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
