Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote assistance for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system
- Assist with network security protocols and access management
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex technical projects
- Conduct periodic system audits and preventive maintenance
- Train end-users on new technology implementations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site client visits
