Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate support ticket records
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex system issues
- Assist with network security protocols and data protection initiatives
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve IT infrastructure
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
