Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using microservices patterns
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Automate CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents
- Present technical solutions to cross-functional stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Go)
- Expertise with AWS/GCP and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and event-driven architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of shipping production systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
