Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document IT incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Conduct regular system maintenance and security updates
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Support office equipment setup and maintenance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
