Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset information in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Conduct user training on new technologies and best practices
- Participate in IT infrastructure upgrades and maintenance projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
